TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The RMA form must be FULLY completed & emailed back to returns@linkdistribution-uk.com & the RMA numbers will be emailed back to you between within 48 hours.
- The RMA number you are issued with is valid for 21 days. Customers are responsible for carriage costs incurred in returning RMA products. DOA period is 7 days.
- A full & comprehensive fault must be reported on the form. Dead, not working & faulty are not acceptable faults and goods will remain here until they are collected or an appropriate fault has been logged.
- If no fault is found, the product will be returned. If this persists there will be a charge of £25 per item. All discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
- If faulty, it is our intention to replace within 28 working days from date of receipt. All products are replaced with products of equal or greater performance where possible.
- If after 60 days (from purchase date) an item(s) is sent back that meets Link Distribution returns criteria and a replacement is not possible, the customer will be credited for the item(s) at the current market value.
- All products carry one years warranty. Please speak to your account manger for a list of exceptions. Hard drives that are over 1 year old have to be returned via the manufacturer.
- We do not accept any returns of monitors. Please contact manufacturer for returns.
- Replacement goods will not be issued if your account is on hold.
- All products to be returned board only, as our returns procedure does not include leads, disks or manuals.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the box. Please ensure returns are always returned via a traceable source i.e. Recorded delivery or a courier service with signature.
