Thank you for your interest in trading with Link Distribution. As with all distributors, we are trade-only although happy to work with sole traders such as eBay Stores and Amazon Marketplace Sellers.

Below you’ll find a link to download our PDF trading account application pack which you’ll need to complete and return along with the following documents:

If you’re a public or privately owned Company:

• Letter of Introduction signed by Director printed on Company Letterhead - Click here for an example.
• Company Registration Certificate or Certificate to Trade
• VAT Registration Certificate if your company is VAT registered

If you’re a Partnership:

• Letter of Introduction signed by a Partner printed on Company Letterhead - Click here for an example
• Company Registration Certificate or Certificate to Trade
• Photographic ID and Proof of Home Address for all Partners in your company
• VAT Registration Certificate if your company is VAT registered

If you’re a Sole Trader:

• Email or Letter of Introduction signed by a Partner printed on Company Letterhead - Click here for an example
• Certificate to Trade if issued in your country
• Photographic ID and Proof of Home Address
• VAT Registration Certificate if you are VAT registered
